Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales Coordination team to achieve departmental goals.
- Allocate and monitor customer inquiries and sales leads among team members.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer response time.
- Review daily sales reports, lead status, pending inquiries, and order updates.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales coordination activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate critical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and service.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales coordination reports for management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
