We are looking for a qualified and experienced Associate Professor in SGL Nursing College to teach, guide, and support students in academic. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, teaching experience, and a passion for nursing education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, and study materials
- Conduct classroom teaching, practical sessions, and clinical supervision
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students in research projects and dissertations
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Maintain student records and academic documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior faculty and nursing staff
