Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting and CNC bending machines according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up machines, tools, and materials for production.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine programming/editing when required.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, measuring tapes, gauges, etc.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance of fabricated parts.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Follow company safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in operating CNC bending and laser cutting machines.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Familiarity with CNC controls and machine settings.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in CNC bending and laser machine operation.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
