Job Title: Executive Assistant to CXO
Reporting To: CXO level
Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive, administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the CXO’s office. The role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, coordination, and the ability to manage complex schedules, stakeholder relationships, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive/Administrative Support & Confidentiality/protocol management
- Manage and optimize the CXO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage communications, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle highly sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and official documents.
- Maintain structured records and confidential files.
2. Stakeholder Management & Liaison
- Act as a key interface between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with CXOs, senior management, and partners.
- Ensure effective communication flow across functions.
3. Travel, Events & Logistics
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and official engagements.
- Process expenses and reimbursements.
4. Project & Priority Management
- Track deadlines, commitments, and deliverables of the CXO.
- Follow up with different departments.

Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 8+ years of experience as an EA/PA to CXO / Chairman / Vice Chairman / CEO
- Prior experience in large corporates / diversified groups is an advantage
