We are seeking a creative, fast-paced, and highly reliable remote Video Editor. You will take raw footage filmed by our on-site team and transform it into highly engaging, viral-style vertical videos.Key Responsibilities
- Cut & Sequence: Edit raw footage down into snappy, attention-grabbing 30–60 second vertical videos.
- Visual Enhancements: Add dynamic, auto-highlighted captions, B-roll footage, sound effects (SFX), and seamless transitions.
- Pacing & Audio: Sync edits tightly to trending audio tracks and ensure crystal-clear voiceover/speech levels.
- Brand Alignment: Apply specific brand colors, fonts, and logos across different client accounts (schools require professional/clean styles, while cafes require trendy/aesthetic styles).
- Delivery: Manage files efficiently and deliver edits within a strict 24–48 hour turnaround window.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced CapCut Desktop.
- Portfolio Mandatory: A proven track record of editing high-retention short-form content (must provide a portfolio link).
- Visual Literacy: A strong understanding of modern editing hooks, pacing, framing, and internet culture trends.
- Infrastructure: A reliable PC/Laptop capable of handling 4K editing and a high-speed internet connection for downloading/uploading heavy video files.
