Role Overview
The Admin & Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on role that requires ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple business functions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling operational tasks independently while continuously improving processes and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory, dispatch, and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day issues.
Administration
- Manage office administration and daily office operations.
- Handle inbound emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Maintain business documents, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Financial Coordination
- Track receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for financial documentation.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate business records.
Process Improvement
- Develop and improve operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational delays.
- Support management in implementing new systems and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, supply chain, or office management is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication, organizational skills, and a strong learning attitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
