Key Responsibilities

Campus Relations & College Placements: Act as the primary point of contact for placement cells at target colleges and universities. Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives.

End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates across various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.

On-the-Road Recruitment: Willingness to travel to different campuses, job fairs, and regional events to represent the brand and hunt for top-tier talent.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain an exceptional candidate experience from the first point of contact through onboarding.

Brand Advocacy: Confidently pitch our company culture and career growth opportunities to students and job seekers.

Travel & Expense Coverage (TA/DA)
Since this role requires you to hit the road and represent us at various campuses, your travel comfort is on us:

Travel Allowance (TA): All official travel expenses, including flights, trains, or local cabs incurred during outstation campus drives or local recruitment events—will be fully reimbursed or pre-booked by the company.

Daily Allowance (DA): A fixed daily stipend will be provided during travel days to comfortably cover your meals, accommodation, and incidental daily expenses.
Technical Understanding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Must-Have Qualifications
