Performance Marketing Specialist – Azafashions.com The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving online customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance across digital advertising platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing, hands-on campaign execution, analytical expertise, and a data-driven approach to maximizing ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Bing Ads, and other relevant digital channels. Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and achieve business KPIs. Drive and optimize app install and engagement campaigns, focusing on CPI, in-app events, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze trends, and implement data-backed optimization strategies. Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall marketing effectiveness. Leverage Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track, measure, and report campaign performance. Prepare comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with design, content, merchandising, and technology teams to support business objectives, promotional campaigns, and product launches. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing landscape. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an e-commerce environment. Prior experience in the fashion industry is preferred; candidates with experience in D2C brands or consumer-focused digital platforms will also be considered. Proven hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns directly, without reliance on external agencies.
