Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services
- Provide the best available airfare and travel solutions to clients
- Work on Amadeus GDS for reservations and ticketing
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up with customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Amadeus
- Prior experience in travel sales/customer handling
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Basic computer knowledge and professional attitude
