Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage day-to-day content and posting schedule across social media channels
- Build and send email marketing campaigns from list segmentation to performance tracking
- Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-level dashboards
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing collateral and creative assets
- Maintain and update website content in coordination with the web/dev team
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Strong written communication skills with close attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
