Senior Sales Executive – Sivas Wallpaper Studio
Location: Thrissur Chembukkavu
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to manage and lead our sales team at Sivas Wallpaper Studio. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, handling key clients, and ensuring team targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance
Handle key customers and close high-value deals
Train and guide team members to improve sales skills
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in interiors, wallpaper, or related field)
Proven experience in handling a sales team
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
