Hello! We are hiring General Manager – Business Development (Real Estate) for a Real Estate Developer Firm. To drive strategic business growth, land acquisition, project sourcing, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 12–18 Years in Business Development within the Real Estate industry.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Finance/Real Estate) or equivalent qualification.
CTC: ₹30–50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
2) Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, land parcels, redevelopment projects, and Joint Development (JD/JDA) opportunities.
3) Build strategic relationships with landowners, investors, channel partners, government authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders.
4) Lead negotiations for land acquisitions, Joint Ventures (JVs), Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), and strategic alliances.
5) Conduct feasibility studies, market research, financial analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
6) Coordinate with legal, finance, liaison, design, projects, and sales teams to ensure timely project execution.
7) Prepare business proposals, investment presentations, and management reports.
8) Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging investment opportunities.
9) Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives.
10) Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
Prefered Skills:
a) Proven experience in land acquisition, project sourcing, redevelopment, and strategic partnerships.
b) Strong network with landowners, brokers, investors, consultants, and government authorities.
c) Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
d) Ability to independently manage high-value transactions and drive business growth.
