As a ServiceNow Tester, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the entire quality engineering function with an emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous monitoring and refining of testing strategies to ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Developer/ Tester.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
