Desirable Qualifications and Required Skills:
MBA//BTech/MCA or any equivalent qualification with
sound interpersonal and communication skills.
A self motivated, go getter and result oriented attitude with an acumen to spot new opportunities create new business relationships.
Good working Knowledge of MS Power point/ Excel.
Desirable Experience: >3yrs relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:Lead a group of Business Relationship Associates and close sales leads to generate business and meet revenue targets.
Maintain relationships with new clients and generate new business through up- sells/up-grades.
Provide continuous feedback to product development and support teams regarding client experience and drive improvements.
Ensure collection of payments from clients.
Compensation:A starting salary of Rs 2.4 lacs to 3.0 lacs p.a depending upon experience and performance incentives as permissible.
Travelling and Mobile phone allowances as per norms.
Candidates with outstanding credentials/proven track record will be considered for higher starting salary.
