Dispatch Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Dispatch Operations Executive with hands-on experience in managing dispatch operations for Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and other modern trade/e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in order processing, dispatch planning, warehouse coordination, transporter management, and ensuring timely deliveries while meeting platform SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for Blinkit, Zepto, and other Q-Commerce platforms.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely dispatches as per platform SLA and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and on-time deliveries.
- Monitor order status and resolve delivery, shortage, rejection, or appointment-related issues.
- Track inventory availability and coordinate with internal teams to maintain high fill rates.
- Prepare daily MIS reports, dispatch reports, pending orders, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Key Account teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, and inventory control processes.
Required Skills
- Experience handling Blinkit, Zepto, or other Quick Commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics, warehouse processes, and inventory management.
- Good understanding of PO processing, invoicing, and transporter coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic reporting).
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Dispatch, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience managing dispatch operations for Quick Commerce channels.
- Strong understanding of SLA management, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch timelines.
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
