We are looking for Freelance Business Development Executives / BDEs who can independently identify and acquire new clients for our recruitment and staffing solutions.
This is a performance-based freelance opportunity, ideal for professionals who have strong business networks, experience in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, or existing relationships with HR teams and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients who have recruitment or staffing requirements.
- Generate qualified business leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Heads, Founders, and other decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and introduce TrueSearch's recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and support the business development process until closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the TrueSearch recruitment team for successful execution of client requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, client discussions, and business opportunities.
Commission Structure
8% Commission on Revenue Generated
- Earn 8% commission on the revenue generated from clients acquired by you.
- Commission is applicable based on the agreed commercial terms and successful realization of client revenue.
- No fixed salary – this is a freelance, performance-based opportunity.
