Job description
- Meeting with the Technical in charge
- Receiving update for the assigned daily calls from the Technical in- charge, Preparing and aligning with the reports and data for the scheduled sites.
- Calling and confirming engineers for the schedule sites and taking expected time to reaching the branch
- Interacting with engineers and capturing daily FSE in/Out time and sharing data to all the team
- Attending engineers for daily service calls
- Interacting with service engineer’s critical problem solving
- Attending to engineers by taking remote access for solving critical issues
- Verification of all the internal and external logged calls from call register
- Answering email for internal requirements
- Having Review meetings 1:1 with Technical Lead, Attending Training program.
Skill sets required
- Need to have a good Technical knowledge
- Need to have good communication skills
- Need to be able to converse in English/Hindi
- Flexible to extend the work timings
- Need to have knowledge on E&C/EEE
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
