JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROCESS ENGINEER – PRECIOUS METAL REFINERY
- Conduct chemical processing of precious metals like Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium and other PGM metals…. etc.
· Monitor and control all stages of the refining cycle to meet quality and industry standards.
- Handle hazardous materials with strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain refining equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of recovery and refining processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings
- Manage raw material inventory and ensure accurate documentation of inputs, outputs, and waste.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure consistency and traceability in production.
- Keep detailed records of refining procedures, test results, and safety checks.
- Troubleshoot equipment or chemical process issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Expertise in handling hazardous chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of chemical refining methods and analytical processes.
- Detail-oriented with solid record-keeping and reporting abilities.
- Handle, store, and dispose of hazardous chemicals in a safe and regulated manner
- Implement and adhere to strict safety procedures and best practices in chemical handling.
- Manage and track raw material inventory throughout the refining process.
- Maintain accurate records of refining procedures, output, and waste management.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product consistency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, chemicals, and consumables required for the recovery and refining processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
