Job Summary
The Outlet Team Member (Entry Level) supports daily food and beverage service operations by providing friendly and efficient service to guests. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in hospitality and focuses on learning service standards, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Assist guests with seating and basic menu information
- Take food and beverage orders under supervision
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure guest tables are clean and comfortable
Support to Operations
- Assist in setting up and closing the outlet
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in service areas
- Refill water, condiments, and service supplies
- Support senior team members during busy service hours
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow basic food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, and service equipment
- Comply with hotel health, safety, and grooming standards
Learning & Teamwork
- Learn hotel service procedures and brand standards
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff
- Work cooperatively with team members
- Be open to training and feedback
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum education: High school / secondary education preferred
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
