We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of 8–10 Sales Counselors.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of team targets.
- Provide training and performance feedback to team members.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Assist team members in handling complex customer queries and objections.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM practices.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Drive a positive and high-performance work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team handling role.
- Proven experience managing a team of 8-10 members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
- Experience in EdTech or inside sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
