Job Description – Purchase Executive
Location: Worli Naka, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
Job Summary
We are hiring a Purchase Executive for a Home Automation & Lighting company. The candidate should have experience in procurement of home automation products, smart lighting systems, electrical components, and related materials. The role involves vendor management, purchase planning, quotation handling, and coordination with project and inventory teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing and procurement activities for home automation and lighting products
- Source and manage vendors for smart lighting, automation devices, electrical materials, and accessories
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Create purchase orders and ensure timely material procurement
- Coordinate with project, warehouse, and installation teams for material requirements
- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
- Ensure quality standards and accurate material specifications during procurement
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain procurement data
Required Skills
- Experience in Home Automation & Lighting industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of smart lighting systems, automation products, electrical materials, and vendors
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements and follow-ups efficiently
