Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and support business growth through effective Interaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, explaining company services, scheduling meetings, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce the company's services and explain project details.
- Understand customer requirements and answer inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain lead and customer data in the CRM/tracker.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture and convert leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Submit daily call reports and update lead status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
