Job Description – Account Executives (3 Openings)
Location: Isanpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (in-office)
Firm: Established 2011 | 15+ years serving SMEs, manufacturers, exporters, partnership firms, and India–UAE cross-border clients

About the Firm
Dhaval Thakkar & Associates is an established, AI-forward Chartered Accountancy practice delivering accounting, taxation, audit, and advisory services. We are looking for a diligent Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and compliance for a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software for multiple clients
- Record purchases, sales, expenses, journal entries, and bank entries
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and party accounts
- Compute and assist in filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns, and reconciliations (GSTR-2B / books)
- Prepare data for income tax return filing and audit finalisation
- Handle invoicing, e-way bills, and e-invoicing where applicable
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, queries, and document follow-up
- Assist seniors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Maintain organised digital and physical records for compliance readiness
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA (dropout) or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience in a CA firm or accounts department (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime; MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Word
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax provisions
- Familiarity with government portals (GST, Income Tax, TRACES) preferred
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
