We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sr. Sales Manager to lead sales operations for Liugong Mining & Earthmoving Equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: 5–10 years of sales experience in Mining Equipment, Earthmoving Machinery Equipment, or Heavy Machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mining applications, customer networks, and equipment performance parameters.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling high-value deals.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a sales team and support field operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling capabilities.
- Must be willing to travel extensively to mining locations and remote sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations for Liugong mining and earthmoving products: Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Motor Graders, and Dump Trucks.
- Generate business from mining contractors, fleet owners, crushers, earthwork companies, and large project clients.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Supervise and support field sales executives, guide them on enquiries, site visits, and closures.
- Conduct client meetings, machine demos, site audits, and performance follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; recommend strategies to increase market share.
- Coordinate with service team for machine commissioning, support, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer negotiations, finalization, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports, sales reviews, and performance updates to top management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
