About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen our brand presence, and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and strengthen the Youth Success Academy brand in existing and new markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and partners.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional and branding initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance updates for management.

- Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
