Human Resource Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR documentation.
- Support payroll data preparation and statutory compliance.
- Handle joining, exit formalities, and employee correspondence.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure workplace discipline.
- Coordinate training and performance review activities.
Purchase / Procurement Responsibilities
- Identify vendors and obtain quotations for required materials/services.
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers for best rates.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Ensure quality and cost control in procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain good vendor relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
