Business Development Intern (Commission-Based)
About the Role
As a Business Development Intern at Enhancers, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and introducing them to our web development services. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with business owners through cold calling, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our team.
This is a remote, commission-based internship, making it an excellent opportunity for students and freshers who want to gain real-world experience in sales, communication, and business development while earning based on their performance.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses.
- Introduce Enhancers and our web development services.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings with interested business owners.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations.
- Update lead status in the CRM or Google Sheets.
- Work towards weekly and monthly outreach targets.
- Represent Enhancers professionally during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based internship with no fixed stipend. Interns will earn attractive commissions for every successful client they help onboard.
