Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process monthly payroll and sales expense payouts.
- Verify attendance, leave, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Attendance Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Track late arrivals and leave.
- Share daily and monthly attendance reports.
Full & Final Settlement
- Prepare Full & Final settlements for exiting employees.
- Complete exit documentation and issue relieving letters.
- Coordinate departmental clearances.
Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and submit PF & ESI reports.
- Ensure timely statutory payments and maintain compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
Skills
- Knowledge of payroll, PF & ESI compliance, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Daily and monthly attendance reporting.
- Timely Full & Final settlements and relieving letter issuance.
- On-time PF & ESI report submission and payments.
Pay: ₹25,000.19 - ₹30,000.11 per month
