Marketing Executive (Field Marketing)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new memberships and business leads.
- Promote deposit and loan products to eligible members.
- Build relationships with local traders, shopkeepers, self-employed professionals, and community groups.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally.
- Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
