Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and communication skilled Telecaller Executive for admission related counseling and lead follow ups. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, sharing course information, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and explain admission related details
- Handle admission inquiries and follow up on leads
- Maintain proper call records and student data
- Guide students regarding courses, eligibility, and fee structure
- Coordinate with the admission and counseling team
- Achieve daily and monthly follow up targets
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Experience in telecalling or admission counseling will be preferred
