We are looking for a proactive Telecom Manager to manage and oversee the organization’s telecommunications systems and infrastructure. The role involves ensuring reliable communication networks, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing telecom operations to support business requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain telecommunication systems, voice, and data networks. Ensure smooth functioning of VoIP, SIP, and telecom infrastructure. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity and communication issues. Coordinate with telecom service providers and vendors for installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Implement and maintain telecom security and compliance standards. Plan and execute network improvements and telecom infrastructure upgrades. Maintain documentation, reports, and operational procedures related to telecom systems. Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure seamless communication services across the organization.
