Job Summary
The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the organization's accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations, and supervising the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
- Supervise and guide accounting staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, ).
- Financial reporting and analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
