Job description of MIS Coordinator/Sales Coordinator
1. MIS Generation & Reporting from Tally.
2. Prepare and implement schemes, issue scheme gifts to customers, and communicate scheme details to the sales team.
3. Provide the sales team with sales reports and other relevant materials to support their activities.
4. Organize and lead company events, exhibitions, and related activities.
5. Manage and maintain sales force apps to ensure seamless operations.
6. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data accuracy.
7. Ensure the security, maintenance, and smooth operation of IT systems.
8. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues.
9. Analyze data and provide insights to support business growth.
10. Coordinate with the company's social media agency to manage online presence.
11. Coordinate with the design and branding agency to procure marketing materials and collateral.
12. Loyalty Program Management: Implement and manage the loyalty program app, facilitating direct benefit transfer (DBT) of loyalty rewards to end-users.
ELIGIBILITY:
Ø EDUCATION: Graduate and above in any discipline.
Ø EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS generation, systems coordination, and marketing support roles.
Ø TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
Ø ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
· Strong communication skills
