We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, or further assistance
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Record call details and outcomes in CRM/software
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/[other language if needed])
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
