Job Description
Aminia Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Support Team Leader to manage a voice-based support and sales team. The role requires a candidate with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer support executives
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls when required
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a timely manner
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance
- Prepare basic reports related to team performance and sales
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer support or telesales
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership role preferred
- Strong sales experience with a target-oriented approach
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
