Experience: 6–10 Years
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy LLM and Document AI solutions while leading AI projects and mentoring engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- Python, NLP, LLMs
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch/TensorFlow
- RAG, Vector Databases (FAISS, Chroma, pgvector, OpenSearch)
- REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD
- AWS or GCP
- PostgreSQL/MySQL
- MLOps, OCR, Document AI
Good to Have:
- MLflow, DVC
- Vision Transformers
- BFSI, Healthcare, Legal, HR, Logistics domain experience
- Security & Compliance (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA)
