Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-desk operations, directing incoming calls, and performing essential administrative and clerical tasks to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and job applicants appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Manage visitor sign-in logs and issue security badges following company protocols.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
2. Administrative & Clerical Support
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
- Schedule appointments, maintain meeting room calendars, and update office schedules.
- Perform basic data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning of documents.
3. Operations & Facility Support
- Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or catering for clients.
- Provide basic administrative support to other departments (such as HR or Finance) as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
