- Handle TPA and insurance claim processing
- Manage cashless and reimbursement cases
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients
- Prepare and verify billing documents
- Follow up on claim approvals and settlements
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in hospital billing, TPA, or insurance desk operations preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of health insurance and claim processes
