We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Engineer/Civil Engineer for building construction projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors and labour teams, maintaining work quality, and ensuring timely execution.
The role requires strong site presence, practical construction knowledge, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Daily site supervision and execution
- Managing labour and subcontractors
- Coordination with suppliers and material vendors
- Taking measurements and maintaining site records
- Ensuring quality control and proper workmanship
- Planning daily work progress as per schedule
- Coordination with architects, consultants, and clients
- Monitoring shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing works
- Reporting daily site progress to management
- Checking drawings and executing work accordingly
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2-8 years Experience in residential/commercial building projects preferred
- Good knowledge of RCC and finishing works
- Ability to independently handle site activities
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Must be available for regular site presence
Additional Preference
- Candidates willing to take ownership of site execution will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
