Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Photography Teacher to train and mentor students in photography concepts, camera handling, lighting techniques, photo composition, and editing software. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with the ability to guide students in practical and creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach fundamentals of digital photography, camera operations, and lighting techniques.
- Train students in portrait, landscape, product, and creative photography.
- Guide students in photo editing and post-production using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and photography assignments.
- Encourage creativity and visual storytelling among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support student learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with current photography trends and industry practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and photography equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and editing techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Creative mindset with practical photography experience.
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in photography is preferred.
