We are looking for a passionate Senior Executive – People & Culture to drive employee engagement, organizational development, learning initiatives, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Organize employee recognition, wellness, and appreciation programs.
- Coordinate leadership development and learning programs.
- Drive onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead internal communication and culture campaigns.
- Organize town halls, employee events, and team-building activities.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, People Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or People & Culture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a people-first approach.
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, Startup, or High-Growth organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
