Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to
oversee and coordinate with the team for end-to-end project execution activities.
The role is responsible for managing the team of Project coordinators where this team
coordinates the complete process from customer enquiry to pre-sales coordination, order
processing, post-sales follow-up, delivery coordination, and billing closure. The role
ensures smooth communication between customers, consultants, vendors and internal
engineering, sales, procurement, production and logistic team while maintaining timelines,
accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign customer enquiries to the estimation team.
- Ensure timely quotations and project coordination.
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, materials, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, production, and logistics teams.
- Track billing, payments, and project status.
- Escalate issues and submit progress reports.
Team Management
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Track project timelines and resolve delays.
- Lead, train, and support the coordination team.
- Ensure process compliance and effective communication.
- Conduct review meetings and share operational updates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
