Job Summary: The Urban Village is seeking responsible and customer-focused Valet Drivers to provide safe and efficient vehicle parking services while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests professionally and assist with vehicle parking.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Maintain proper records of parked vehicles and key management.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest vehicles at all times.
- Assist guests with directions and basic property information.
- Coordinate with security and operations teams for smooth traffic flow.
- Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Follow all traffic rules and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Driving License (LMV) with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience as a Valet Driver, Driver, or in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and parking procedures.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
