Job Title: NPD Engineer (New Product Development)

Key Responsibilities
Develop new products as per customer requirements and project timelines.
Prepare and maintain project plans, development schedules, and progress reports.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Tool Room teams.
Prepare and review APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, and other quality documents.
Participate in customer meetings and handle technical discussions.
Support product trials, pilot runs, and new product validation.
Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time product launch.
Coordinate sample development and submission to customers.
Resolve development-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain all NPD-related documentation and records.
Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policies

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in New Product Development, preferably in the automotive industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
