Front Desk & Studio Manager .
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly blend client experience with studio operations ,a strong, polished presence at the front desk who also ensures everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, or fitness studios
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential with relevant experience
Comfortable with booking systems, billing, and client management tools
Proficient in Google Workspace / basic admin tools
Experience in handling memberships, payments, and client relationships
Understanding of premium client servicing is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Experience: Be the first point of contact—welcoming clients, managing queries, and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out
Studio Operations: Oversee daily functioning, schedules, and studio readiness
Client Management: Handle bookings, memberships, payments, and maintain client records
Sales Support: Assist in converting enquiries into memberships and building long-term client relationships
Team Coordination: Work closely with team to manage schedules and studio flow
Brand Experience: Uphold the tone, aesthetic, and service standard across every touchpoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,380.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
