Job Role
We are looking for confident and professional candidates for the role of Growth & Partnerships Associate.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with companies, HR professionals, and clients to build partnerships and onboard businesses onto the Hirevoo platform.
Responsibilities
- Connect with companies and HR professionals
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, and networking
- Pitch Hirevoo’s hiring solutions confidently
- Coordinate with clients regarding hiring requirements
- Support business growth and partnership activities
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Industry
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Professional personality and confident communication skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with meetings, calls, and networking
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
