We are looking for a passionate and dedicated LKG Homeroom Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a child-centric teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities
- Create a positive, nurturing, and interactive learning environment
- Manage classroom routines, discipline, and student participation
- Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
- Maintain student progress records and communicate regularly with parents
- Participate in school events, academic planning, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Creative, energetic, patient, and child-friendly personality
- Ability to engage and manage young learners effectively
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant teaching qualification preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an LKG/Pre-Primary Homeroom Teacher
- Homeroom Teacher (HRT) experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
