Job Description
We are looking for an Salesforce Developer to join MNC Company and work on building, customizing, and supporting applications on the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed Salesforce training and preferably hold Salesforce certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC/Lightning Components).
Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and basic automation.
Assist in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs under guidance.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users.
Participate in unit testing, bug fixing, and deployments as part of the dev team.
Work closely with senior developers and admins to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
Required Skills
0–2 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development (projects, internship, or training).
Good knowledge of Apex, SOQL, basic Lightning Components or LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
Understanding of Salesforce data model and security basics (profiles, permission sets, roles).
Basic web skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (added advantage).
Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication and ability to work in a team.
Preferred / Plus
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (highly preferred).
Salesforce Administrator certification is an added advantage.
Completed structured Salesforce training with real‑time project exposure or internships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent training with strong project work).
