Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales opportunities, and interaction history in the company's sales database and internal records.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Maintain customer databases and documentation.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Electrical/Electronics Engineering is preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, inside sales, or any customer-facing role. Sales experience is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
