Job Description:
Server Installation
- Verify the Application & SQL is connecting with respect to the server installation work.
Application Configuration Plan
- Do the Configuration with respect to the Configuration Plan document received from Implementation team.
- Verify the Configuration process with respect to the Configuration Plan document.
Scope Verification – Internal
- Do the Configuration with respect to the Configuration Plan document received from Implementation team.
- Verify the process flow with respect to the Internal Scope verification document.
- Maintain the status of Scope verification.
- Handover the Application Configuration To Implementation Team.
Data Migration
- Execute the Data Migration Work based on the document received from Implementation team.
- Maintain the status of data migration work.
- Handover the Data Migration To Implementation Team.
Deliver the Customization Point
- Identify the customization point applicability (Client Specific / Product Specific).
- Verify the customization point with respect to the document.
- Organize the demo with teams (Implementation / Support) before release of the customization point.
Document Print changes
- To made the changes in the crystal report based on their client requirement.
Additional Support
- POC Support.
- Maintain Product Parasetting Document.
- General Master Creation/Modification.
- Live Support – Scenario Identification.
- Sales and Marketing-Video taken.
Demo Readyness (Indian/Overseas)
- New Environment readyness-To enhance the product stability new environment will be handle with default configurations for both indian and overseas.
Patch Release Process
- Newly handled logic and against the bug points the changes are released to the clients.
